If you believe that a Parking Charge should not have been issued to a vehicle or that there are circumstances in which you feel it should be cancelled, then you should immediately appeal to Parking Control Nationwide as outlined below.

Here you can either appeal against your parking charge online directly to Parking Control Nationwide or alternatively print out the form and submit your appeal via post.

PLEASE NOTE: All appeals must be made in writing via either post or the online appeals submission form. No appeals can be investigated and cancelled via telephone.

Please ensure that any appeal is sent within the designated time frame of 28 days from the date of the parking charge as to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the parking charge as set out by Parking Control Nationwide.

Appeal Options

Online Appeal:

Simply input the information onto the ONLINE FORM stating clearly your reasons for the appeal and press the submission button at the foot of the page. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the appeal and the start of the investigation. Please do not reply to this email. Your appeal will be investigated and you will usually receive written confirmation of the outcome within 28 working days of receipt of the appeal.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE CHARGES THAT THESE ARE APPEALED INDIVIDUALLY.

Postal Appeal:

Alternatively if the above is not possible, or you have several items, such as photographs or copies of badges, receipts or tickets that you wish to send in as supporting evidence, please use the DOWNLOAD FORM (Below) and send your appeal in writing along with copies of any other items to:-

Please quote your full name and address and the reference number along with details of your appeal. As with all the appeals options, once this has been received, an investigation will take place and you will be informed, in writing, of the outcome of your appeal.
